I think this would be a nice idea, or at least a concept which would be useful for a whole range of RPs. It could, for example, be used to make realistic shops and things, which up to now hasn't really been achieved (to my knowledge anyway).
The only thing I'm worried about with the idea is the anti-roblox spamming. Roblox is full of damn tycoons all full of noobs trying to obtain nothing but boredom, and tycoons do after a while get boring.
I'm indifferent about the idea overall, but if I could be made to a decent standard I would download and use it. Unfortunately, I have no intention of scripting it due to my scripting ignorance and lack of time.
