Where did you get this from? :c

Because people are ignorant and think all muslims are radical terrorist.

Because people are ignorant and think all muslims are radical terrorist.
Really sucks :(.

Several muslims died in the 911 attacks.

Agreed, I have a Muslim friend. Also, the religion is Islam, not Muslim.

This one time I met a Muslim guy and he gave me a coupon for free cake and handjobs. Then he flew away on a cloud made of friendship and didn't ever blow up a single building. Muslims rule.

Wut.

Gosh america still crying about that, get over it. Sometimes people just gotta blow up big ass towers to release a little anger.
It is a joke so don't get all pissy over it.

The reason the don't want it because thy are still "crying" over that loving stupid 9/11 stuff. When in reality, they just want Muslims to be loving gone. What the forget is wrong wig them? They think they are too superior hat they don't want any Muslims coming because hey think Muslims, India, and Pakistan are the source of all Terrortist Attcks, yes, including Afganistan. They should actually wath and read he news correctly. People these days tell their children that America is this awesome place of  dreams or somehing when in Reality, it's a corrupt place where people. Pressure hr big guys to do this stuff and that stuff and it goes to a worse and they blame the president. They don't care what are the consequences and only blame the government whenever things happen.

It is a joke so don't get all pissy over it.
What is? Your post, or 9/11?

This is true.

There's a stuffload of sects of Islam, and one of them is an extremist terrorist group. There's sects of every religion, but primarily, Muslims are peaceful. You can even cite the Koran as denouncing violence and even 'mischief making'. The problem is ignorance, and xenophobia. People don't have any understanding of Islam, and don't want to because of one VERY SMALL percentage of the Muslim population, and that's a problem. I absolutely HATE it when people talk about Muslims but don't loving know what they're talking about, I even heard some guy on the radio reference loving "Kingdom of Heaven".

The reason they don't want it built is because Islam represents the identities of the terrorists in the eyes of the American people, and actually some Muslims agree.

Muslims
The building of the mosque near Ground Zero was criticized by some other Muslims.
One was Sufi Muslim mysticist Suleiman Schwartz, Executive Director of a Washington, DC non-profit organization, the Center for Islamic Pluralism. He said that building the mosque barely two blocks from Ground Zero is inconsistent with the Sufi philosophy of simplicity of faith and sensitivity towards others, and "grossly insensitive."[24]
Another founding member of the Center for Islamic Pluralism, Zuhdi Jasser, who is also the founder of the American Islamic Forum for Democracy, a group of Muslim professionals in the Phoenix Valley of Arizona, strongly opposed the mosque, saying:
For us, a mosque was always a place to pray...—not a way to make an ostentatious architectural statement. Ground Zero shouldn’t be about promoting Islam. It’s the place where war was declared on us as Americans."[24] Neda Bolourchi, a Muslim whose mother died in 9/11, said: "I fear it would become a symbol of victory for militant Muslims around the world."[112]
Authors Raheel Raza and Tarek Fatah, board members of the Muslim Canadian Congress, said:
We Muslims know the ... mosque is meant to be a deliberate provocation, to thumb our noses at the infidel. The proposal has been made in bad faith, ... as "Fitna," meaning "mischief-making" that is clearly forbidden in the Koran.... As Muslims we are dismayed that our co-religionists have such little consideration for their fellow citizens, and wish to rub salt in their wounds and pretend they are applying a balm to sooth the pain.[113]
Hossein Kamaly, Term Assistant Professor of Asian and Middle Eastern Cultures at Barnard College, Columbia University, observed:
After all, it was 19 Egyptian and Saudi Arabian thugs calling themselves Muslims who perpetrated this heinous crime on September 11th. They want to send a message of friendship, but building a mosque where there wasn't one before, is not the most nuanced way of doing that.[114]
Akbar Ahmed, Ibn Khaldun Chair of Islamic Studies at American University, while noting that blaming all Muslims for 9/11 was "ridiculous", said:
I don't think the Muslim leadership has fully appreciated the impact of 9/11 on America. They assume Americans have forgotten 9/11 and even, in a profound way, forgiven 9/11, and that has not happened. The wounds remain largely open [...] and when wounds are raw, an episode like constructing a house of worship—even one protected by the Constitution, protected by law—becomes like salt in the wounds.[115] He goes on to say that, in his opinion, if the center is constructed as well as a mosque it should contain a memorial and an ecumenical house of worship.[116]
hurrr
Stop talking, you've got no loving clue what you're saying.

All of you are wrong, liberal and plain handicapped.
9/11 was very bad (how would you like to be killed by a large explosion cigarettes?), and the bombers were Muslem.
That is why we don't want one there. Seriously, why not build it somewhere else? It's not like Obama's going to it anytime soon.

Maybe they could build it near the White House.
Or your neighborhood.
Oh wait, Obama already released criminals into that. Forget that idea.

I hope you're trolling and not really that exceptionally stupid.

I'm not doing either.
You liberals have screwed up this Republic too much, and now everything's all messed up.
And you seem to like lying to people, sweet-talking Americans into thinking Obama is Jesus, but I'm not falling for it.
