Hey, is there a 1st person view player?

I've searched and I cannot find one.  Would anyone care looking for me, I'm making a TF2 DM and I need it so that every class need's first person and not 3rd.

It's for my TF2 TDM, as I said, and every class has to have 1st person view because mainly, if they're in 3rd person and a spy try's to backstab him, he can see and retaliate quick enough.

The TF2 players need to have their FPS forced with a RTB server prefs control.
