i dont get how people with tourettes (the ones that shout stuff) almost always blurt out obscenities.
there are million other words they could spew, so why cuss?

sure the urge is uncontrolled, but that word that happens to be that unfortunate one didn't have to be a cuss word.
there is still a bit of personality and parental raising to blame for that.

but saying those things would be 100% YOUR fault. YOU picked certain words for when you want to haphazardly depict an emotion or event.
you trained yourself to instinctively use them.

whether you have control over those times or not is irrelevant.

I see what you're saying, but it doesn't make you randomly say words, it makes you act on sudden impulse.  So more often than not people might say obscenities.
