It happend again, my key randomly disappeared off my blockland game, BUT this time when I use lost Key discovery it never get sent into my mail...

Then you would get auth errors.

No, I mean, such as you can get your key disabled. sharing with other friends.

Look in the spam folder, then

Save the email that has the key on it...

so this doesn't happen again.

The server administrates have been taking a vacation for a while I'm pretty shore there back now though try again

Well, a few possible explanations:
1. Are you sharing key with friends? They could be the cause.
2. Are you playing BL on multiple computers at a time? changing the name on one could be  the cause.
3. Combination of 1 and 2. If you friend changes tha name while you're playing.

So If you change the name on one coputor when someone is playing then you lose your code forever, or just untill you get the email?
