Pikachu - Your Classic Idiot

Pikachu is a 16k BLID who constantly comes onto my server and asks for admin after spamming it with weapons and 1x1 bricks. Just earlier, my friend BlockPunk was on my server and Pikachu was there calling him an idiot and a moron, because BlockPunk was saying that he was supposed to have admin. But the thing is, Pikachu is so stubborn. He specifically goes to server just to ask to be admin, and doesn't even DO anything! I mean, hes probably supposed to have had some expirence, At least 2 months of it, but he acts like his a 24k BLID! I know this could easily be resolved by perma banning him, but I hate hiding behind my admin. So then, I want to ask any viewers: What the heck should I do to Pikachu? Is anyone good at revenge plans?

Oh my god. Were playing a Knife TDM and Pikachu shows up again. First thing he says is Dont kill me, after hes been sitting there for 5 minutes. Mr Original Man comes and kills him, so he starts swearing his head off. Im definitely banning this dude. Permanently.
