Emerson - Rowanda - Im running in an ultramarathon. I'm also getting my passport renewed for when I travel to Panama this fall to build houses for the less fortunate. My wife is also coming home for the first time from the hospital after giving birth to our new baby boy Walden. Hes so cute! Only 6 and a half pounds ^_^
