Boost the player amount,
Enforce rules,
Kick as a warning, then ban if they keep on breaking the rules,
Have people on my server to have fun.

First of all, you ONLY make admins that you only trust, don't just give anyone admin, because they might damage your server, and you'll have a lot of problems as a host.
