Is it possible without using Velocity Events?
I saw a video of someone breaking it with those.
Is there a console command or something?
I mean, there is a command for blowing up the clock.

Float above it and then freefall onto it, I believe. Or shoot it with the tank. Something like that.

I get on top of it and float close enough to the ceiling to ensure that i have enough velocity to break it
