Wrench doesnt work!

On almost all my servers and some other peoples, wrench doesnt work! Like i plant a JVS brick, rendering is on. I wrench it, turn of rendering, nothing happens. I wrench is again, and rendering is on. Also if I name a brick, place emitter etc, it DOESNT WORK! PLEASE HELP

also, for the content bricks, rendering is off, but there is the model of the door still there, does it look like a normal brick when you place it, or like a door?

a normal brick, but the content door is inside the normal brick. Also, it DOES work on maps like SLATE, but not others liek PLATE3

Torque Engine Microsoft C++ Errors,im guessing.
v16 of BL is outdated and we want v17.
