Dedi sevrer can't join.

So today at 3:00 PM i was gonna go on Golden Scrappy's server and look at his build while my Dedicated was still up. When I was gonna go on it wouldn't let me join. So what could be the problem?

This can just randomly happen. One second you can join it the next you can't.
