Gif help

Can someone tell me how to get a gif avatar from a website, i know how to make them, but i need some help to export them, like how some of you have avatars that you without a doubt got from a website, or other gif source

what happens, is when i save it, its not an animation, its stopped at one frame of the animation, every other help source ive found, has told me to do only what i was already doing, so i figure that if i can get some intelligant help, i might get a better outcome

You can open image in new window and copy URL and then resize it to 75x75 or lower Here

i never said he was wrong, i only bolded intelligent in case people like you wanted to help

if you look at my current avatar, this is what happens when i try to do any of the legitimate advice you give me, and when i try to do it interceptors way (not that i dont belive this works, im probobly doing something wrong) it says:

i have winrar for garrysmod add ons, does that have anything to do with the problem?

first what did it used to be? ___to .gif
the gif only plays on your computer and not on the forums right?
what program did you use to convert and resize?
