Alright. Since some forgettards didn't see it all. Fion trolled the server for over an hour, while he will and did say that he wasn't trolling, he was trolling nevertheless.

1. After banning him I changed it to a permanent ban, reason: Obvious Troll is Obvious. He neglected to post this.

2. Fion, after being UNMUTED, continued to go on with an argument we told him to end.

3. The Russian said himself that while "No Spawnkilling" was not in the rules, there had been a problem with is Blockland, forcing him to reinstall. When he did this, he had to remake the server rules too, which he didn't do until later. So technically spawnkilling was not allowed. And come on, spawnkilling is a richard move in itself, almost all servers ban for it.

4. Once again I would like to point out the fact that not ALL of the parts of the argument were posted here, the whore cut out the parts that made it make sense why he was banned.
