I'm building my own house for €6,000, then upgrading it as I go along. When I comfortabley finish, I will have spent  maybe €50,000 on building it. It will probably be worth more though.


That of course, or just buy a house, or move in with some girlfriend, marry, and work up to buy a house.

Or I'll rent my current house. Parents are moving out after I do, and who knows, maybe I'll buy it.
