Bricks have no top texture

Look at brickTOP.png and see if it is a blocko or just a white square. Also, you said you just updated your graphics card. Did you uninstall your old graphics drivers and install your new ones?

It's a white square. Checking to see if I uninstalled my old driver now.

Only thing I can think of now is updating directx but i'm sure not if that will do anything.

Try going into options and click the advanced tab, then check "Disable vertex buffer objects".
