Ultimate war:

Ultimate war is a roleplay, you pick a real life military faction and participate in different things. Spetsnaz is unfortunately taken by me. Here is a list of things you may choose to do:

Declare war - Choose a faction to fight with, it's a forced attack, so they can't say no.

Cease war - Sort of a pause feature, except the fact that you may not declare war to another faction.

Declare a peace treaty - This is a "Stop" button to a war. It only works if they accept.

Develop your army - Produce weapons, buy and sell various things.

Join an army - You may join armies that have already been taken.

Basics:
Every faction starts out with 20,000 War funds (W.F.) that can be used to produce weapons. You are only allowed to control 1 faction, the faction must be a real life one, No exceptions. You are also safe from attacks for 1 hour after you have started, this gives you time to build up on your army, after 1 hour you are vulnerable to attacks, during this time you MAY NOT declare war on players.

Develop your army shop:

Build a main base - 5,000 W.F. (Must be bought before you may buy anything else)
Build a hangar -  100 W.F. (Gives the ability to produce aircraft)
Build a naval base - 1,000 W.F. (Must be bought before you may open a port)
Build a port - 100 W.F. (Gives you the ability to transport items, and build ships)
Build an airport - 100 W.F. (Must be bought in order to launch produced aircraft)
Build a launch station - 3,000 W.F. (Must be bought before you can purchase a space station, or a satellite)
Build a space station - 1,200 W.F. (Must be bought before satellites may be used)

Build a Factory - 100 W.F. (Must be built in order to use weapons and aircraft)

:D

Can I buy stuff yet?

If I can, I build a main base, a hangar, a factory, a naval base, a port, an airport, a launch station, a space station, artillery, an AA gun, and 10,000 m16's for 10 W.F.

Edit: also an AC-130 fully loaded. (weapons and fuel)

Edit #2: also, a recruiting office.

That leaves me with 9,180 W.F. according to my calculator.

Yes you may buy stuff.

Transaction passed, enjoy your new Items. Oh and I added a grid system so you can place your stuff

Here is how it works:

You create a table. Each size determines the size of the grid.
Small 5x5
Medium 8x8
Large 9x9
National 10x10

You also label the table. The X coordinate is letters A-J And the Y coordinate is numbers 1-10 each thing bought is about 1/2 of a 1x1 square. You just say where you want to put it. OR the other option is to bring a picture of it, labeling where each item should be placed.

Here goes:

Main base and hangar goes in C3.
Factory and naval base goes in C4.
Launch station and space station goes in D2.
Recruiting office and naval base goes in D3.
Port and airport goes in D4.

Do i need spaces for the artillery, AA, and AC-130?

No, the artillery posistions are outside of the perimiter

*Forum check 1*

*Bob's AC-130 was moved to his airport
*Grid system added

^Join Afghan National Army

Also, I can monitor this since Community Projects is the only thing i do on BL forums.
