What if you can become immortal?

What I meant is you being immune to everything as in one of our possible evolutionary paths. Immune system being boosted over a million times, our skin becoming stronger than steel, and perfect eyesight; probably even seeing light waves we can only see with technology.

 "I have walked on the surface of the sun" type of thing. Imagine surviving the vacuum of space without a space suit. The need for oxygen and food is long gone.
