Where can I find how to make a dedicated server?

I can't find the instructions of how to make a ded server. I think you need 2 computers. Link anyone?

On Windows, run C:\Blockland\dedicated.bat. On a Mac, run /Applications/Blockland v16/dedicated.command. When you have the dedicated server running, you can run Blockland by running Blockland.exe or Blockland.app in that same folder.
