what is this thing everyone has been wearing lately that makes them rainbow?
why do people hate it?
and were is everyone getting it?

as long as i get 1 good post telling me the answer to all these questions ill lock the topic knowing what i need to know

I've never seen more than two people on a server with an avatar-changer like this. Even if everyone was using it, there still wouldn't be very much lag.

I don't know what made Badspot go to such lengths to prevent it.

I don't like the rainbow hat either, and I repeat, not because of the 'lag'.

I know there is a version out which just changes your solid color, then the old one that Gamefandan has that fades each color, thats the one i want.

Good thing there's a limitation on how fast you can change your avatar!
The fading would have to be super slow.
