Stronger Frag Grenade

I never called you an idiot. I aprreciate that you tried to improve one of my addons but I still would much rather have updated it myself.

I'll get to making this stronger later. I have 3 addons that I plan on fixing and revamping so far so for now, just keep this here. Close it when I officially update my add-on please.

HE grenade is for open spaces, frag is for indoors. This is unnecessary and overpowered.
