Old School Rifle Scope In Issue

I need someones help with something.
I have the Old School Rifle but whenever i try to scope in it scopes in for about a blink of an eye then unscopes.
I don't know how to fix this problem but if anyone can help it would be great!

another addon is interfering, i had this problem too and disabled some addons and it worked again
