...No. If you look on any virus definition list 99% of all viruses are contain "Win32" in their designated name.
Very few of them will actually infect the entire System32 folder, the ones that do are very rare and only happen if you're that much of a loving idiot.

Choose 20 random viruses from either the Symantec, AVG, or Mcaffee virus vaults, and you'll see that most of them do not use "Win32" as a process name.
Kurosama, Your best bet for an antivirus wouldn't be that piece of stuff but something like AVG.
I rage uninstaller AVG because I had like 3 viruses it couldn't remove.
