If you mean building every single loving brick combination you could possibly make, it would be impossible.

That sounds like a reasonable goal.

But really, this game has no way of becoming "beaten". Sure, you can learn it through-and-through and do whatever, but it has no real goal.

Completing all the achievements (that don't exist yet) is the only criteria I can think of for "beating" a sandbox game

Blockland has no real established goals, thus you cannot not win, nor can you lose. You can only try, and be, and in the eyes of others, there is where you will succeed.
