I've always been prone to being angry when something pisses me off but I seem to get more angry as I get older. I just got in a fight with a friend and wound up busting up my hand from punching a wall. I'm typing with one hand right now and the pain is reminding me how stupid I was to punch a wall. Any methods to controlling your anger other than counting to ten or any of that other bullstuff. And yes the wall is pretty smashed up in which I have to pay repairs.

Taking in deep breaths should help.

Buy a kicking bag. Hang it in your garage and beat the stuff out of it when you are angry.

That's actually a good idea but I don't have spare money right now. Nor the garage space.

Use a pillo-

FFFFF-

Try being outside more. You might be angry because of stress.

Beat yourself and then drown yourself. After going through that experience and then back, you will see the light and beauty of this world we live on.

Then go take a nature hike with soothing music playing in the background with a bunch of montage video effects.

Look for a body bag/ leather bag that is pretty big. Fill it with as much newspaper, paper or anything you can find and shove it all in there. Find an open area. Pretty much the same thing

forget a pillow until you get tired

It shouldn't take you that long to type 'no'

Any small children around you?
But seriously, I'd suggest even just a few pillows duct-taped to the wall or something. Cheaper than a punching bag, and you won't destroy your hand or the wall.

You could also take a pillow, cut a hole in it, take another pillow and rip it open, fill the cut one up with the contents of the torn pillow and then duck tape it up.
