There's CamStudio, but don't use it. If you watch my old movie "The Vending Machine", you'll see what I mean. Quality sucks, even on the best settings

Ninja edit:  I just recorded a battlefield heroes video and I am posting it on youtube as we speak.  The quality is really good though it lags a little.  I really like it.
