I have to say, though, I think that if it's as complex as you say it is, I would probably say yes if I saw it in person. I'm in no way a competent eventer, so I don't think I should have much of a say. You also got bonus points for the presentation in the OP. :D

Well, if any of you are wondering how this works, then I'll try find a host for it and I can show anyone round and exlain what it dose. I can't port forwards currently, so I have been using a friend called Erik to host.
I'll post a list of needed add-ons soon if you want to see it.
