Author Topic: ATI Card Problem  (Read 1336 times)

I just installed my new ATI Radeon X1300, but whenever I start/join a game on Blockland, I get "Blockland has encountered an error. We are sorry for the inconvienence". Is there any way to fix this?

Ok I updated. Its still giving me an error on Blockland, going to try my Source games now.

Code: [Select]
Setting screen mode to 848x480x32 (w)Uh, is that even a supported resolution?
Try changing your resolution.

Go into ATI Catalyst control center, go in 3D options and look for Catalyst AI, set that to standard or off.

Thanks. I'll try that when I'm on my computer.

I was playing around with it. And, it did the same thing even on normal resolution.

Source games work fine.
sorry for triple post

Not quite sure why you're getting poor performance. What are you running in the background? (Applications that are running while playing blockland)
Try restarting to see if it improves?

Steam, Google Chrome, and Blockland.
I'm not running Blockland with the overlay though.

Not really sure.. There might be an option set in catalyst slowing you down.. Go in catalyst and click Options at the top right, then click Preferences and Factory Defaults, then make sure to fix Catalyst AI.

I have the AI off. Bump.

I mean reset everything to default.

There's only one thing I changed, quality graphics to high preformance graphics.
