I have some suggestions for your build and server:
Like fred da kiko said, add hills and such maybe a base that is not dig-able.(protection from snipers and others)
While i was at your server i noticed the map was to open for sniping, maybe enlarging the map and adding large walls will add a challenge to sniping and give others a chance.
Now for some server stuff:
Your admins are abusive, one that i shall not name would warp around me trying to get an edge and kill me.
Your light rule, I was sniping peolpe and they would complain that they were building, i wouldn't shoot them if the had a light but others would refuse the turn there lights on to build because it "Blinded" them.
I suggest you make the light rule much clearer.
I'm trying not to be rude, all i want if for your sever to not be stuff.(Like most servers)
Again, the build can use some work and i look forward to seeing it in the future (assuming you follow our advice).
