Yes, I would kill hundreds of puppies to survive. But you replied with the following quote, under what circumstances would I be required to kill hundreds of puppies to survive? If I needed to kill hundreds of puppies to survive then I doubt it'd have to be from something legal and with such I wouldn't care if I went to jail because I'd already be in a forgeted situation.

This is how they got rid of animals and extra puppies or kittens in the medieval times. I guess where ever she lives people still live in a religiously populated and an uneducated forget stuff.

How about we ban animal breeders, and kill excess aggressive and severely injured/sick dogs with a bullet? Its more humane then throwing them into a river. Also, do the math: A pistol = 50-200$, Each bullet = .75$

you should be required to be licensed as a breeder if you arent going to pay to spay or neuter your pets.
any unauthorized domestic pets you should be given fines for.

this would greatly encourage people to properly care for their pets. from a young age. and so they wouldn't ever reproduce.
a pet should be farmed properly, not be free to mate at will.

people act like shes just killing random puppies for fun and no reason.
but she likely does this yearly. there likely isn't even vet clinics where she is.
this is normal for people up and down her block where she lives.
they know better then to allow tons of animals to live around town.
