if you want to change how pets are killed. then start a campaign to educate rednecks about how to have pets in the first place so it dont have to happen.
write your local representatives with suggestions about new ways to pay for it, or not have to pay for the disposal pf pets at all.

but dont expect other people to burden themselves with paying for it. when the only factor here is your feelings.

Those cats belonged to people- you had no right to KILL them and then go prancing around bragging as if it was cool to do that.
I know that feral cat populations are a problem- but that can be fixed by having them fixed. Those cats were neither unwanted nor feral.

they are abandoned animals from stupid owners that allowed the pets to over-reproduce.

domestic animals freely wandering about is illegal for a reason.
i dont want filthy animals outside my home. when im living in MN i just trap and dumpster them.

but back home in nevada, out of city limits where the laws change ):D

Having an outdoor cat is not illegal. I have neighbors who have trained their cat to stay out of the street and just roam around nearby.
I'm sure at least some of the cats you "dumpstered" were fixed- again, THIS would or should be the illegal part of your story.

yes it is. (in the US)
the law depends on how rural you live.
but it is undeniably illegal in town/cities.

how your cat is trained makes no difference. domestic animals cannot be outside your gate without a leash.

edit;
trespassing laws remain the same per owner/ animal property as well.
you need very little reason to kill the neighbors cat if it steps foot on your lawn.
