It's not exactly lag. It's that because of no client sided collision, the server has to constantly update your player's position, causing it to 'jitter'.

Scripts in the server, like the scripts you can make and run, are actually run in each client, so you can use cheat engine to upload your own scripts to the server and run them, basically allowing you to do whatever you want.
