He was following people around and shooting them with guns, and all of his chat messages were in all caps.

If I have to ban you, it's not like I'm going to want you back on the server any time soon, so I permaban. As for your next point, Jirue was afk, which you have previously stated. Also for ranGar's post, I banned Saint because Xang asked me to, as he was bothering him.
If Jirue gives you the ability to Permaban, why not make you a superadmin? It's pretty much the same as superadmin.
Also, there is a thing called a time limit ban, and I really didn't see your "warning". And you kicked me simply because I said Cheemo was cool.
