If you'd stop whining and actually read, the point the host of TPB is trying to get across is that they aren't responsible for other uploaders.
TPB isn't going to take down a P2P download regardless of what it is because some EA richard sucker lawyer says to take it down or "consequences will never be the same."
TPB's hosts can't do anything because Swedish law says that they don't have to or some stuff like that.
