Author Topic: Post Your System Specifications  (Read 4773 times)

I have made this thread to have lots of specifications/other related stuff without having a forgetfest of topics about this stuff.
This will be bumped now and then and I am not going to bother, bumping any other ones.

You can check your specifications using System Information. (Start Menu/Accessories/System Tools/System Information)

Another way to check them is DirectX Diagnostics. Go to your Start Menu, and for ye Vista/7'ers, search for "dxdiag". I don't really remember the XP start menu, but if I remembered correctly you go to Run and just type in "dxdiag".

My personal favorite is CPU-Z.

My system has:
AMD Athlon X2 at 2.1GHz
Nvidia GeForce 6150SE with 128MB memory and shared memory.
3GB DDR2
320GB hard drive

TOP 5 DESKTOPS
1. devildogelite
2. Inv3rted
3. Daenth
4. General Nick
5. Keonesan

TOP 5 LAPTOPS
1. dkamm65
2. TheLegomaster
3. Inv3rted
4. ---
5. ---

Like I said before, my computer has a hamster running in a wheel for energy while fish memorize memory data.

I'm probably #2 or #3 on the forums.

You should expand it to Top 5.

Instead of a huge block of text posted here, I have posted the dxdiag.txt file I got.

You could've just done a favor for everyone and just print screened it.

I'll snip the code out and just upload the .txt file as an attachment.

That works too.

Sleeping. Updating OP with Top 5 and General.

Also you can press Windows Key + R and then type in dxdiag for Vista/7.

TOP 3 GO

(That's two GTX280s in SLI, in case you don't notice)

Motherboard is an Asus Striker II 780i chipset.

lol'd at the fish memorizing memory data, since I'm torn between the myth that fish have 3 second memories or the fact that fish remember longer than 3 seconds :/

Also, what's your graphics card? A bird with really smooth detail?
