I have unlocked the phone, flashed new network radios, and flashed an almost non-existent windows ROM. The latest Android build has everything working. I've been running Android 2.2 (Froyo) from my microsd card for three days straight now. I have better data connection and call quality than I did in native Windows Mobile. The only thing that's struggling is the battery optimization, but that's due to the microsd usage. It can also be improved via over/underclocking software (screen off = 200mhz cap). Also worth noting is that I get significantly better performance than other stock android phones according to benchmark tests.

i got froyo on my incredible the other day, enabled 720p video recording and cameras flash flashlight, among other things

But to be honest, I'm getting tired of android, I've had an android (including the first one ever built)
all my life, besides my iphone.
