Oh man, this is just fantastic. No one ever hosts competitions anymore, so I was like, "Oh boy!". Then you said that it was on Sept. 25th and I'm all like, "Oh... Screw this, I have card games to play!".

Originally the contest was on Sept 18nth but I changed it to the 25th....

Anyways I was planning on having some back up judges and competitors. If your in the competition, Please let everyone know in your house that you need the computer for 3 hours. I figured if its 3 weeks away I can build anticipation and everyone can try to reserve a spot on their computer for 3 hours...

3 hours? To build, or total judging time or what?

Also, do judges get any kind of reward for judging, or what?

If you get back in time. I could always arrange it so some one would IRC you when you need to come.

Maybe you could plan out a specific time of when you will be judging, and 3 hours before that is when people can start building. That way everyone knows when they'll need to be done/back.

How many people would be willing to pay an entrance fee of 2+$?

I would use all the money purely for the contest exp: 20 people pay entrance fee of 2$ prize would be 40$.
