What would happen?
Certainly the Ion Cannon would still be there...

Well, i think that lag is one of the very smart features of blockland.
Because, instead of the server crashing, it stops all movement on the server, and it keeps the vital server stuff Online.
But, it would be cool if you could spam the server with stuff like the ion cannon and not crash.

No, no it wouldn't.

No, no it wouldn't.
Well, one of the main reasons it's considered spam is the fact that it shoves LAG up the server's ass.

Would still be failed because, keep in mind it wasn't failed only because of the lag. It did much kill damage over a large radius making it useless for any such of "Ion cannon DM". It would break alot of brcks at once due to its large fakekill radius. It came with another weapon called the 'Death ion cannon' It would rapidly shoot 4 projectiles per charge unlike the normal ion cannon's 1 shot per charge.

Turn off brick damage..?

In a world without lag, we would have networked brick physics.

:/

I don't think you understand how computers work.

I don't think you understand how computers work.
I doubt you understand, either.

Lag will be there until the end of time. Unless they are forcing everybody to get a Powerful Computer, or a very frickin' fast router.

Ignoring of course the story and focusing on the tools. GOTY guaranteed

Is that meant to be taken as a challenge, by any chance? :D

It depends on which lag you are talking about.

The network lag, or lag caused by doing things you aren't supposed to?

Both.
