Team-Killing for Vehicles

This is something that's been getting on my nerves lately in TDM servers with vehicles. Let me just put it in a little story:

You walk out of the spawn room, ready to fly to the enemy's base/ship/ass. You hop into the one of many, many vehicles there and begin to drive off. Suddenly, you see bullets flying out from behind you, and you use free look to see who's shooting at you. Apparently, it's some impatient toddler on the same team as you, who can't wait to get the plane your on, and refuses to use any of the other vehicles. If you're lucky, the little stuff won't blow you up. Unfortunately, he somehow hits your plane, which will either kill you or just leave you in the middle of nowhere.

Not only are the people who do this pretty much sabotaging their own team, they're acting unnecessarily childish. If you're that loving impatient, then use one of the other vehicles. They'll get you where you want to go just fine.

There should be an addon that bans anybody who does this.

Happened often on Jorgurs server for me.

I was always on the blue team, and i went to retrieve the reds heli. As soon as i got there, i told them not to shoot me because im friendly. IT also has my name as a friendly color. Of course some idiot wants to drive so he shoots at me, expecting it to respawn close by.

Instead it blows up, I die, and its a far far ways away when it respawns.

Atleast there was vote kick :)

1. Penalty for destroying a vehicle that has team members aboard, except when their are enemies aboard.
2. Does not apply for a team member flying another team's vehicle

Although i often run over people with cars by accident. and then they get realy pissed off. I think that if something was to be made, it should give him another chance and after like 30min the first one goes away.

When I get a vehicle I use it as a taxi, and spend my time driving others to where they would like to go, for their sakes.

Then, when you take them to where you wanna go, you say "Pay up, bitch.". And if they dont, you shoot em'.

One thing I really hate besides this.

Stupid people who take the last plane, but don't even bother to wait for people to get on and instead take the plane to the enemy base and get killed. Then all the vehicles are scattered and you have to end up walking to the enemy base.

i only do this when it's the only vehicle left, and he knows that i'm there, and just takes off regardless when i'm about to get in, THAT'S when i kill it so i'm not stranded...

Especially in Wizard's dogfight, these people want to have the best plane (stunt plane) all to themselves instead of riding shotgun or (gasp) putting up with another vehicle!
