Author Topic: Prisencolinensinainciusol- Perhaps the most awesome gibberish song ever written  (Read 985 times)

Before you flame me for spamming, Prisencolinensinainciusol is not some jumble that I pounded out on my keyboard. It's a song. A foreign song, from what I understand. By an Italian man named Adriano Celentano. According to Wikipedia, the lyrics are in pure gibberish.

CLICK ME, SIR!

I dare you to watch the whole thing without thinking you're on LSD.

EDIT: Maybe 'yall can post some other awesome foreign songs?

EDIT PART DEUX: Perhaps I should post some sort of pronounciation: PREE-zin-KOHL-in-ENN-sin-AIN-cyoo-zuhl.
Good?

EDIT PART TROIS: Tad bit of trivia for you all, the woman in the video is Adriano's wife.

We should try to give the song lyrics.

I dare you to watch the whole thing without thinking you're on LSD.
Impossible.

This has a pretty cool beat to it.

This has a pretty cool beat to it.
This. It takes a lot to make gibberish sound like awesome.

I can say it now after listening 2 or 3 times.

This. It takes a lot to make gibberish sound like awesome.
Agreed.

Those wacky Italians.  :cookieMonster:
"English is such a pretty language... I should write a song in it. Or at least, one that sounds like English, I don't really know enough to write an English song... 'Pri...sencolinen...sinain...c iusol'. Yeah. I like that. Prisencolinensinainciusol. It shall be more famous than some 8-year-old orphan boy who sings like a girl... I suppose that could happen... NAH."
