He is a complete idiot.
I thought he was a nice guy, he made a mini game for a town thing, so I loaded my house there, later, he wanted full trust to duplicate my hot tub that me and a friend made, I said no, because I didn't know him very well, and he said, "If you don't let me duplicate, I will wand your house.", He actually said that a couple times, and in between, he would go around asking people if they would make him a hot tub. And then I said, "I thought you were going to delete my house." And then he did, I didn't really care though, and then I vote kicked him, and while the votekick was going on, he said "He told me to delete his house!" Witch I didn't.
So I don't recommend giving this guy admin if he goes on your server, If he doesn't get what he wants, he will just get mad, and probably d-wand something.
