1. I do give her attention.
2. She doesn't usually eat that much.
3. I try to play tug of war and fetch with her but she refuses to.
4. She tears up most of her toys so I'm constantly buying her new ones.

My guess is that the dog just has some small illness. As long as it isn't showing any signs of pain, I would wait a week and see how it acts. The fact that you're dog is young makes me not want to worry about it.
