I do think the fireplace could be red, bricked. Oh well, that's my idea. A wood fireplace is not really a... intelligent idea. You would just have a huge fire covering the fireplace, FYI, wood burns.

You can have a wooden fireplace so long as the inside isn't wood. Besides it could always be a nonflammable alternative.

I've never loved a build of yours so much. The fireplace looks fantastic.

If that is supposed to be a water wall, let me tell you that it looks ok but what I've found is that if you use the Laser A emitter to simulate water it looks a lot better. The overall house design is pretty cool tho :3
