I was banned by... I forgot who, but it was when I was still working on my personal version of clientside ignore. Back then, my unignore was broken. When I used the ignore, I couldn't unignore, so I went "Crap, I can't unignore" and I was perma banned for the reason "Your chat filter sucks." In all due respect, I believe this should not be a perma ban. I've long since fixed it, anyway.

Maybe it's a small college and hosting is disruptive to their network.
