Just a question: can we make modifications at a "shop" point in the game so then we can have something like the walker-scout where you can eject the roosterpit that turns into a plane so you can scout out the area?

what are you on about? you shot some bad guys from a distance and everyone is still wtfing at what is going on compared to the other characters because everyone is more interested in making random enemies appear or not posting rather than some proper character development

As your first mission you were sent to the planet Ureyon to protect against even more pirate attacks.

You're in a freighter ship orbiting the planet, hanging out with the rest of the team in the hangar.  I'm taking this as the perfect opportunity to introduce the characters to you:

Jack Willhouse: An ex-special ops. mech unit who has been in the Sandstorm team for 4 years now.  He pilots a Torius X-55 supercharged mech.

Denstra Ak'hiim: The newest member of the team, who just happens to be an alien race known to humans as Sand Crawlers.  He pilots the extremely fast Gigawatt 5021.

Amanda Meindl: The oldest member of the team. (besides the captain)  She pilots the aerial-based Cerius T9-1.

Edit: These aren't all of the Sandstorm members, just the ones that you've met.
(excluding the captain)

You can also visit the shop before heading to the briefing room.
