Cyan + glow

Why do most space ship builds utilize cyan color and the glow effect? It seems like whenever I'm in the gallery and I see a space ship it usually has cyan thrusters.

It's because Ace uses cyan and everyone thinks that they need to be like him to make a spaceship. I personally use magenta.

Blue is generally considered a futuristic technology color. If you search "spaceship thrusters", almost every one has a blue trail. It also just looks nice with the usual gray-scale that spaceships are.
