i know this from a friend's experience since all keys from his IP were deactivated and his brother got his key deactivated. he now wants to play but every key he gets gets deactivated. :(

You're understanding the situation completely wrong.

He was free to do what he wanted in game.

However, he's come back to these forums several times after causing trouble, only to cause more trouble and spread more stuff. Badspot is getting sick of it.
