"Trojan horse Patched_c.IWT"
It's infecting my winlogon.exe and explorer.exe, so I'm hoping my power doesn't go out since it's thundering outside.

Seems like all I have to do would be to restore backups of those two files through ComboFix... or something.
Wasn't downloading research guys, don't even think about it, nor was I downloading anything illegal.

Reinstalling worked.
I'm noticing just how much faster my computer is. Especially Steam...
