I can't honestly believe you would be so apathetic. How could any decent member of society just not care about the thousands of dead and injured? Either they are liars, or there really are Evil people in the world. The attackers were Religious extremists, who were angered by U.S. support for Israel and because the U.S. Forces were in Saudi Arabia, they had a reason to attack. But I can safely assume that you have little more than to look tough when you make these blatantly monstrous comments.

And what is a prayer going to do?

All 3 of the major religions's creeds don't support praying to dead people. As you can't be heard by them nor can a prayer do a thing for them in the afterlife.

What exactly are you praying for though? "God please make people happier?"

On 9/11, my mom's friend's bro was in the towers when the planes hit. Apparently, he was on one of the lower floors so he got out.

Also, one of my classmate's uncles was supposed to go into the tower that day but decided not to and walked away. About half an hour later the first tower got hit.

Not simply "we should forgive and forget," but more like "forget all you people who are still grieving and crying for nearly 3,000 people who died 9 years ago."

Being tolarant to others beliefs is what had us attacked in the first place.
We were all a little to much "holding hands around a rainbow" here. Our enemies hate even one of our nations cultures way of life, it sure pisses them off that all of us could get along and live a carefree sinful life.
