It's not like we nukes two highly populated cities or anything.
Don't you even bring that up. We had been firebombing japanese cities for a very long time, killing plenty of unarmed civilians, and the europeans were doing that to each other too.

iirc, We killed abround 180k japanese civilians with the Atomic Bombs, but their total civilian casualties was up near 580k

So? That suddenly makes it OK? Everyone else does drugs, it's OK.

I never said it was ok, I said that you should not single out the atomic bombs considering they didn't even make up half of the civilian deaths.

I was just naming an event.

War =/= Just killing civilians for the heck of it

The projected losses for an Allied invasion of Japan were 100,000 soldiers in the first day or so because the Japanese were batstuff insane.

(1) : a state of usually open and declared armed hostile conflict between states or nations

Does not exclude:
Just killing civilians for the heck of it

'Drugs' don't need to be made 'okay', it's hard to consider something wrong if it doesn't hurt anyone, unlike, well, killing.

the truth is, for me, I don't feel anything on Sept 11th. I mean it sucks and stuff but I'm just like.. you know?

I can see the lights from my house

They are showing a documentary on the history channel about 9/11.

Normally I would watch it, but Aladdin is being showed just two channels away. There has always been something about the movie I liked. :o

Poor planning on the station's part.  :cookieMonster:
