Driver update. Search your graphics card's website for the driver.

I think you should go into consol and typeflushtexturecache();but I may be wrong.
Try re-installing the game, the textures might just be forgeted.If that doesn't work, try to contact customer support for who made your graphics card.
Works for most things.I think the textures look pretty cool, as if someone has gone and chrome-painted everything. It might be the lighting that's messed up.
